Simulated Lovers explores how romantic projection, emotional memory, and digital intimacy shape the construction of the self.
The book was conceived as a visual flashback of the years 2020–2025, a period that coincided with the pandemic and a difficult breakup, bringing together a selection of photographs, video stills, writings, and digital experiments developed during this chapter of Beatriz's life.
Published by Patrick Remy Studio in May 2026, Simulated Lovers was released in an edition of 500 copies and printed in Italy at Grafiche Milani.
